About us
Krosty Shop is a Venezuelan digital store. We sell game top-ups, balance gift cards, licenses and wallet top-ups, and we explain step by step how to pay for services from abroad while living in Venezuela.
Who is responsible
Rafael Antonio Pessolano Mondim, founder and owner of the store (sole proprietor). We work from Venezuela with a small team that confirms every payment by hand.
What we are and what we are not
We are a support gateway: we are not official distributors or partners of the brands we mention. We top up your balance or sell you the gift card so that you pay; the account is always yours.
News and guides
We write news and guides about games, streaming, tech and payments, explained for people living in Venezuela. Every story cites its sources and is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
Contact
Write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We answer from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time.
