How does the PayPal fee work?
⚠ This calculator is just a utility for your own PayPal transfers. It is NOT the price of topping up your balance with Krosty Shop.
It is paid by whoever RECEIVES the money. That is why, for an exact amount to arrive, you have to send a little more.
The fee varies with country, account type, transaction and currency. A common reference for international transfers is 5.4% + $0.30; in the calculator you can adjust both values to yours.
Only if you turn it on. Conversion (~3–4%) is a separate charge PayPal applies when the money changes currency. If you send and receive in the same currency (USD→USD), it does not apply.
