Krosty Shop (www.krostyshop.com) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can contact us through the support channels listed in the footer.
We collect only the data needed to process your purchases: email address; name; contact phone and your WhatsApp or Telegram username; Player ID, in-game name and region where applicable; your game account login details when the top-up requires them (stored encrypted and visible only to the assigned operator); the destination account for wallet top-ups; the shipping address or branch for physical products; the payment reference, the identifier you pay with and the receipt you upload; and your date of birth if you choose to provide it to receive your birthday discount. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials. For wallet services, we may request additional identity verification data (KYC) for the sole purpose of preventing fraud; it is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
We use your data to: process and deliver your orders, verify payments, manage your account and loyalty tier, provide you with support, and —only if you agree— send you promotions and your birthday discount. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties; it is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to run the service: email services, Telegram (to notify our team of each order), Google's artificial intelligence service (Gemini), which analyzes receipt images to detect fraud, and —only if you accept them— Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting and support purposes. You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time, except for data we are legally required to keep.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us on Telegram or to our support email stating your request and the email linked to your account.
The site runs under an SSL certificate: all information travels encrypted. Payment receipts are stored securely and are only seen by our verification team; their image is also analyzed automatically (Google's Gemini) to detect altered receipts. Should a security breach compromise your data, we will notify you without delay.
We use first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work (session, cart and CSRF protection), plus optional preference and analytics cookies.
