Krosty Shop (www.krostyshop.com) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. You can contact us through the support channels listed in the footer.
We collect only the data needed to process your purchases: email address, name (if you create an account with Google or Discord), Player ID and game region where applicable, payment reference details and the receipts you upload voluntarily, and your date of birth if you choose to provide it to receive your birthday discount. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials. For wallet services, we may request additional identity verification data (KYC) for the sole purpose of preventing fraud; it is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
We use your data to: process and deliver your orders, verify payments, manage your account and loyalty tier, provide you with support, and —only if you agree— send you promotions and your birthday discount. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties; it is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to run the service (payment processors and email services).
We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting and support purposes. You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time, except for data we are legally required to keep.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us on Telegram or to our support email stating your request and the email linked to your account.
The site runs under an SSL certificate: all information travels encrypted. Payment receipts are stored securely and are only accessible to our verification team. Should a security breach compromise your data, we will notify you without delay.
