Most orders are delivered in under 15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Pago Móvil and transfer payments are verified automatically when the bank notification arrives. Player ID top-ups are processed manually by our team, every day during business hours.

Gift Cards and licenses are sent automatically to your email as soon as payment is confirmed. Game top-ups are applied directly to your account using the Player ID and region you entered at purchase.

Contact us immediately on Telegram before the top-up is processed. If the top-up has already been applied to the account you stated, it cannot be reversed — that is why we ask you to double-check the ID and region before paying.

By their nature, digital products (codes, PINs and top-ups) are non-refundable once issued or viewed. We verify that each code is 100% active and unredeemed right before delivering it to you. If a product still arrives non-functional, you have our conformity guarantee: let us know within the next 48 hours with evidence (a continuous video of the first redemption attempt) and we replace the product with an equivalent one.

Your tier is calculated over a monthly window (it resets on the 1st). You move up to VIP when you accumulate $150 or 15 completed orders in the month, and to Royale with $500 or 50 orders — whichever comes first. Important: only "Completed" orders count, meaning payment verified AND product delivered. The discount applies automatically: on game and social top-ups, VIP −2% and Royale −4%; on Gift Cards, licenses and streaming, VIP −1% and Royale −2%.

With full transparency: wallet top-ups and purchases on request (quotes) use a different model from the catalog. They already run on a fixed processing rate optimized by brackets (the higher the amount, the lower the commission percentage), designed to give you the best cost on that specific operation. Since they are not part of the promotional catalog, they always stay at their set price, with no tier discount on top.

From any country. Prices are shown in USD and bolívars (rate updated daily). Keep in mind that some Gift Cards are US region and require an account in that region to be redeemed.
