Quick guides to redeem each product. If something does not work, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number.
🎮 Player ID top-ups (Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends…)
Choose the pack of diamonds, CP, gems or coins you want.
Enter your exact Player ID and your account's server region (you will find them in your in-game profile).
Complete the payment. Our team applies the top-up directly to your account with your Player ID: for these games you never have to share your password. (Games like Call of Duty: Mobile, Clash of Clans or Roblox are topped up by signing in to your account through their official login; each game's page explains what details we ask for.)
Once the top-up is applied, the receipt reaches your email and a notice lands in the bell on your profile. Check your balance inside the game.
🎁 Steam Gift Card
Sign in to Steam and go to "Account details" → "Add funds to your Steam Wallet".
Select "Redeem a Steam Gift Card code" and enter the code we emailed you.
The balance is credited to your wallet instantly. Note: what matters is your Steam wallet currency, not the country: a Venezuela account with a USD wallet redeems USD cards with no problem.
🎁 PlayStation Store (PSN)
On your console or at playstation.com, sign in with your account. It must be from the SAME region as the card (US, Mexico, Colombia…): on PlayStation the region is set when the account is created and cannot be changed.
Go to PlayStation Store → your avatar → "Redeem Codes".
Enter the 12-digit code and confirm. The balance becomes available for games, DLC and subscriptions.
🎁 Xbox / Microsoft Store
Go to microsoft.com/redeem or, on the console: Store → "Redeem code".
Sign in with your Microsoft account (US region for US cards) and enter the 25-character code.
The balance works for games, Game Pass and content on both Xbox and PC.
🎁 Nintendo eShop
On your Nintendo Switch open the eShop and sign in. The card is redeemed on accounts that use the same currency (for example, USD or EUR).
Select "Redeem Download Code" in the left menu.
Enter the 16-digit code. The balance stays in your account for any purchase.
🎁 Apple Gift Card (App Store)
On your iPhone open the App Store → your profile photo → "Redeem Gift Card or Code" (on PC, from iTunes).
Enter the code we emailed you and confirm.
Your Apple ID must be from the same country as the card (for example, the United States for a US gift card). The balance works for apps, games and subscriptions.
🎁 Riot Access (LoL, Valorant, TFT)
Open the Riot client or the game and go to the store.
Select "Prepaid Cards" as the payment method.
Enter the Riot Access code. It automatically converts into RP (LoL) or VP (Valorant) depending on the game.
🔑 Windows 10 / 11 licenses
In Windows go to Settings → System → Activation.
Select "Change product key" and enter the 25-character key we sent you.
Windows activates online automatically. If activation asks to be done by phone, follow the wizard — we include instructions in the delivery email.
OEM keys stay tied to the motherboard of the machine where they are activated.
📺 Netflix / Spotify / Discord Nitro
Netflix: go to netflix.com/redeem and enter the code — the balance is credited to your account.
Spotify: we no longer sell Spotify gift cards. If you want Premium, pay for it yourself at spotify.com with your Zinli, Wally, OKX or Binance card, which we top up for you in the Wallets section.
Discord Nitro: we send you an official gift link; open it while signed in to Discord and accept.
