Krosty does not sell skins or log into your account. We sell you Steam balance (a gift card) and you buy the skin on the Community Market, from your own account.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS
Does Krosty sell me the skin?
No. Krosty sells Steam gift cards: balance for your wallet. You buy the skin on the Community Market from your own account. We never ask for your Steam username or password.
What does Steam require to use the Market?
Steam Guard on for 15 days (if you turn it off or re-enable it, the count starts again). A Steam purchase older than 7 days and less than a year: adding funds, buying a game or a DLC all count; receiving a gifted game does not. Having spent at least US$5 on Steam (redeeming a US$5 or larger gift card lifts that limit). On a new phone or PC the Market stays locked for 7 days, unless you have had the Steam Guard authenticator for 7 days or more. If you reset your password, 5 days without the Market (30 if the account had been inactive for two months).
Which currency should my wallet be in?
US dollars (USD). What matters is your wallet currency, not your account country: a Venezuelan account with a USD wallet redeems with no problem. Check it on Steam → your name → Account details → Wallet balance. If it shows another currency, do not buy the gift card: a redemption cannot be reversed.
What is wear and which one should I pick?
Wear is a number from 0 to 1 that says how worn the weapon's paint looks; it does not change how it shoots. Steam groups it as Factory New (0 to 0.07), Minimal Wear (0.07 to 0.15), Field-Tested (0.15 to 0.37), Well-Worn (0.37 to 0.44) and Battle-Scarred (0.44 to 1). Each skin has its own range: on its page we mark which wear looks good and the sweet spot, the cheapest one that still looks good.
What is the estimated price?
It is the range between the lowest Market listing and what was paid in the last 24 hours of sales. It is a reference: each seller sets their own price and it changes all the time. That is why we suggest a bit more balance; whatever is left stays in your wallet for another purchase.
Does the price include the Steam fees?
Yes. The price you see on the Market is the total you pay. Steam charges a transaction fee (5 %) and a Counter-Strike 2 fee (10 %), and shows you the breakdown before you confirm.
Can I return a skin I bought?
No. Steam says all Market purchases are final. Check the version and wear carefully before tapping "Buy".
How much balance can I have on Steam?
Steam caps the wallet at US$2,000 and the price of a single Market item at about US$1,800.
When can I trade or resell the skin?
You can use it in game right away. To trade or sell it, your Steam inventory shows the date from which you can.
Why do Doppler knives say "the cheapest phase"?
On the Steam Market every Doppler phase (Ruby, Sapphire, Black Pearl and phases 1 to 4) has the same name, so the price we see is the cheapest one. If you want a rare phase, check its price on Steam before buying your gift card.
