This website, www.krostyshop.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), is owned by Krosty Shop. Contact: support via Telegram and the direct line published in the footer of this site.
Krosty Shop acts solely and exclusively as a facilitator and intermediary of digital services. We are not manufacturers, developers or official issuers of the products offered. Our role is to manage and process the acquisition of global digital products (top-ups, Gift Cards, licenses and subscriptions), allowing the User to pay in their preferred currency in exchange for a handling and processing fee. The contractual relationship for the underlying product lies with its respective providers and issuers.
Accessing and browsing the Website confers the status of User and implies full acceptance of these terms. The User undertakes to make proper use of the Website in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and to provide truthful information in the purchase and registration forms. The User declares being of legal age or having authorization from their parents or guardians to make purchases. The electronic acceptance of these terms and the confirmation of payment have full legal validity and effect under the Decree-Law on Data Messages and Electronic Signatures (2001).
Krosty Shop sells exclusively digital products: video game top-ups, gift cards and software licenses, purchased from authorized wholesale distributors. Delivery is made electronically: to the email address given in the order (codes and licenses) or directly to the game account using the Player ID provided by the User (top-ups). Usual delivery times are within minutes of payment confirmation, and may extend during night hours for manual top-ups.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and their equivalent in bolívars (VES) at the rate published on the site, updated regularly. Orders paid in local currency or cash remain in "pending verification" status until payment is confirmed with the reference and receipt provided. Krosty Shop reserves the right to cancel orders whose payment cannot be verified.
Krosty Shop fully respects the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of each brand, developer and provider. We do not offer products below the brand's official value, nor do we engage in unfair competition: our price reflects the product's list value plus our handling fee. Loyalty program benefits (tier discounts) are applied to our fee and never compromise or devalue the provider's official product price.
For sensitive services —in particular wallet top-ups such as PayPal, Zinli or Binance— and in order to prevent fraud, money laundering and financial disputes, Krosty Shop reserves the right to require, before or during processing: (i) matching ownership between the payer and the receiving account; (ii) verified and active accounts; and (iii) proof of the lawful origin of the funds. Failure to comply or inconsistency in the verification entitles Krosty Shop to suspend, hold or void the transaction. The use of false identities or funds of unlawful origin will be reported to the competent authorities. The data provided for this verification is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the right of habeas data (access, rectification and erasure), and is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill fraud-prevention purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Under Venezuelan consumer protection regulations, purchases made through electronic means may be subject to a right of withdrawal. That right, however, does not apply to digital products with immediate performance once their delivery has begun, as detailed below.
Nature of the product. Codes, PINs, top-ups and licenses are intangible digital products, redeemable once and irreversibly. By their nature, once issued, revealed or applied, they cannot be returned or reused.
Prior and express consent (informed waiver of withdrawal). By confirming payment, the User requests and consents, prior and expressly, to the immediate performance of the delivery of the digital product and expressly acknowledges that, once such delivery has begun (issuance or display of the code, or application of the top-up), they lose the right of withdrawal and, consequently, the product is non-refundable. This consent is obtained before completing payment and, together with the acceptance of these terms, constitutes a binding agreement under the Decree-Law on Data Messages and Electronic Signatures.
Conformity guarantee (sole remedy). The waiver above does NOT affect the User's rights regarding a defective or undelivered product. Krosty Shop verifies, through prior audit, that every code is 100% active, valid and unredeemed before making it available. If, despite this, a product is delivered non-functional or is not delivered, the User must report it within 48 hours of delivery, providing verifiable evidence (a continuous, uncut video of the first redemption attempt). Once the case is verified, Krosty Shop will replace the product with an equivalent, working one. This replacement constitutes the remedy provided for cases of non-conformity.
User's responsibility. It is the User's responsibility to verify, before paying, the Player ID, the server region and the region of the Gift Cards. Top-ups applied to an identifier wrongly stated by the User are neither reversible nor refundable.
Chargebacks. The User undertakes not to initiate unfounded or bad-faith chargebacks in respect of transactions that were actually delivered. For any dispute, Krosty Shop retains and will submit the corresponding proof of delivery to the bank or payment network. Abusive or fraudulent use of chargebacks may result in account suspension and any applicable legal action.
The design, logo, mascot, texts and other content belonging to the Website are owned by Krosty Shop. All trade names, registered trademarks, logos, characters and third-party images mentioned or displayed —including, by way of example and not limitation, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Apple, Google Play, Activision, Riot Games, Garena, miHoYo, Binance, Zinli, PayPal, Netflix and Spotify— are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used purely for reference to identify the products sold. Krosty Shop holds no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or exclusive legal representation with those brands, and operates as an independent, legitimate retail distribution and top-up channel.
Krosty Shop may make available to the User free informational guides on how to buy from external stores (for example, Shein, Amazon or eBay), how to manage third-party subscriptions, or how to register and use mailbox and shipping services (for example, Tealca, Zoom, MRW, Liberty Express or Oceanika21). Those guides, as well as the assistance of our support agents, constitute a guidance and assistance service offered purely for information purposes and as a courtesy to the customer.
Krosty Shop is not a party to the purchase or the shipment made by the User on those platforms or with those couriers, holds no agreement, affiliation or representation with them, and assumes no liability whatsoever for prices, availability, charges, timelines, deliveries, customs procedures, losses, damages or claims arising from those transactions, which are outside its control and governed by each provider's terms. Krosty Shop's only obligation towards the User is the delivery of the wallet balance actually contracted and paid for, in accordance with section IV and the published fee brackets.
Krosty Shop does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website, nor is it liable for failures on third-party platforms (digital stores, games, banks or payment processors) outside its control. Under no circumstances will Krosty Shop's liability exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
