You bought from a US store — now what? A mailbox gives you a Miami address to receive your packages and bring them to Venezuela. Pick the courier that suits you best.

The whole flow in 3 steps:

You register a mailbox (below) and get your Miami address with a code like TMI-XXXXX.
You buy at the store with your virtual card and ship to that mailbox. Not sure how? See the shopping guide.
You pay the shipping fee to the courier and pick up your package at a branch or get it at home.

Pickup at a local branch

You receive at the Miami warehouse and pick up at the branch or agency in your city, paying the shipping fee in Venezuela.

🟦 Tealca (Tealca Miami)TMI-XXXXX

Classic mailbox with a wide network of branches across the country. You pay the shipping fee on pickup.

Go to tealcamiami.com and click Sign up or Create account. Fill in your details and your ID number.
When you finish you will get your mailbox in the format TMI-XXXXX. That is the address you will enter on Shein, Amazon or eBay.
Buy at the store and ship the package to Tealca's Miami warehouse using your TMI code.
When it arrives, sign in to your account and select the Tealca branch in your city for pickup.
Pay the shipping fee in bolívars on pickup. Bring your ID and the tracking number.

🟩 Zoom (International mailbox)US-XXXXXX

Mailbox with detailed tracking. It requires pre-alerting each purchase so it can be linked to your account.

Go to casillero.zoom.red and click Sign up. Fill in your details and verify your email.
You will get your mailbox US-XXXXXX along with the Miami warehouse address.
Important — pre-alert: every time you buy, go to My purchases and click Pre-alert package. Upload the tracking number and the invoice. Without the pre-alert, Zoom cannot link the package to your mailbox.
When the package reaches Venezuela, choose the Zoom branch you prefer.
Pay the shipping fee and pick it up at the branch showing your ID.

🟥 MRW (MRW mailbox)MRW-XXXXX

Make the most of MRW's nationwide agency network to pick up close to home in almost any town.

Sign up on the MRW mailbox platform (their website or app) with your details and your ID.
They will assign your MRW-XXXXX Suite/Mailbox along with the Miami warehouse address.
Buy and ship your packages to that address with your MRW code.
When they arrive, select the nearest MRW agency within the nationwide network.
Pay the shipping fee and pick up showing your ID and the tracking number.

Door-to-door delivery

Companies with over 5 years of track record that take your package straight to your home or office after you pay the shipping fee.

Automatic processing and direct dispatch to your address. You pay the shipping fee online.

Go to libertyexpress.com and click Sign up or Create mailbox. Complete the registration with your details.
You will get your LIB-XXXXXX code along with the Miami warehouse address.
Buy and ship your packages to your LIB mailbox.
When they arrive, the system processes them automatically; pay the shipping fee online from your account.
Receive the package directly at the address of your home or office, with no branch visit.

🟦 Oceanika21OKA-XXXXX

Physical delivery through their ground transport network, reaching any state in the country.

Go to oceanika21.com and click Register. Fill in your personal details.
They will assign your OKA customer code along with the Miami warehouse address.
Pre-alert: for each purchase, upload the tracking number so they can link the package to your account.
Once your package is consolidated, pay the shipping fee.
They deliver it door to door through their ground transport network, in any state.
