You receive your official code by email, usually within minutes once your payment is confirmed, during support hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time). If it arrives invalid or already used, we replace it: tell us within 48 hours with your order number and a video of your first redemption attempt. After that period there is no replacement or refund.

How much does it cost?

The same as the balance you give, with no fee: a 25 USD card costs 25 USDT. Choose 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 or 100 USD, or type any amount between 5 and 200 USD.

When do I get the code?

Once your payment is confirmed, the code arrives in your email and is saved in My account → Wallet. There you tap "Reveal code" to see the card, and you can download it as an image to give it away.

How is it redeemed?

The recipient goes to krostyshop.com → My account → Wallet, taps "Redeem a Krosty Gift Card" and enters the code. The balance is added instantly and does not expire.

Can I pay for it with my Krosty Wallet balance?

No. The Krosty Gift Card is paid with any other payment method in the store: in bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or another of the methods available at checkout.
