3. 3Pay in bolívars (Pago Móvil or transfer), in cash at the counter, with USDT, Binance Pay, Zinli, Kontigo, OKX or your Krosty Wallet balance. Once your payment is confirmed, we apply the top-up, usually within minutes during support hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time), and the receipt reaches your email.

We can only sign in with the official account of the game's or app's publisher. Google and Apple sign-in trigger two-step verification (2FA) on your phone and get the payment method rejected; we don't use Facebook or other social networks either. If that's how you open the game, create your own login in a minute, without losing your progress:

2. 2Link an email to your account and set a password for it. If you currently sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that login won't work for us: we need the email and password of the game's own account.
3. 3Verify the email with the code or link you receive.
4. 4Log out and sign back in with that email and password to make sure they work.

While we process your top-up, the game may send a verification code to your email. We will ask you for it on WhatsApp or Telegram at that moment, so keep an eye out.
