GAMES TOP-UP > EPIC GAMES STORE BALANCE
Rate Epic Games Store
Balance for your Epic Games account (the store's "Account Balance"). It works for Epic Games Store titles, Fortnite V-Bucks and in-game content. Pick an amount and we load it inside your account.
1. Pick the pack you want and press ADD TO CART.
2. At checkout you leave your game account login details (they travel encrypted) and choose how we reach you: WhatsApp or Telegram. An operator signs in with the game's official login and credits the Balance directly, with no code to buy.
3. Pay in bolívars (Pago Móvil or transfer), in cash at the counter, with USDT, Binance Pay, Zinli, Kontigo, OKX or your Krosty Wallet balance. Once your payment is confirmed, we apply the top-up, usually within minutes during support hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time), and the receipt reaches your email.
The Epic Games Store is Epic's PC storefront (home of Fortnite and Unreal Engine): a games catalogue, exclusives and a free game every week. Account balance is its internal wallet: once loaded, you pay with it without entering a card again.
Once the payment is confirmed, an agent credits balance directly to your Epic Games Store account. At checkout you leave your login details (they are encrypted) and choose whether we contact you on WhatsApp or Telegram to ask for the verification code or let you know if something goes wrong.
Yes. Your details travel encrypted and are used only to sign in through the official Epic Games Store login (never through Google, Facebook or Apple) and apply the top-up: we cannot take anything out of your account or change your details, and everything is backed by your order number. Do not turn off two-step verification: stay alert so you can pass us the code when we ask for it on WhatsApp or Telegram. When we finish, you can change your password if you wish.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer), in cash foreign currency (deposit at the counter), with USDT (TRC20 or BEP20), Binance Pay, Zinli, Kontigo or OKX, or with your Krosty Wallet balance. No international card needed. You pick the method at checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, an agent applies the top-up, usually within minutes, during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time). You get the receipt by email; we only message you on WhatsApp or Telegram when needed, for example to ask for the verification code.
For the paid content of Epic Games Store: whatever is bought with its currency or balance (passes, cosmetics, chapters, gifts and more).
