GAMES TOP-UP > CLASH OF CLANS TOP-UP
Rate Clash of Clans
Gems are the premium currency of Clash of Clans: they speed up buildings and upgrades and buy resources and magic items. The Gold Pass and event passes are paid with real money, not Gems: you'll find them below as separate packs.
1. Pick the pack you want and press ADD TO CART.
2. At checkout you leave your game account login details (they travel encrypted) and choose how we reach you: WhatsApp or Telegram. An operator signs in with the game's official login and credits the Gems directly, with no code to buy.
3. Pay in bolívars (Pago Móvil or transfer), in cash at the counter, with USDT, Binance Pay, Zinli, Kontigo, OKX or your Krosty Wallet balance. Once your payment is confirmed, we apply the top-up, usually within minutes during support hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time), and the receipt reaches your email.
We can only sign in with the official account of the game's or app's publisher. Google and Apple sign-in trigger two-step verification (2FA) on your phone and get the payment method rejected; we don't use Facebook or other social networks either. If that's how you open the game, create your own login in a minute, without losing your progress:
⚠️ Supercell ID doesn't use a password: you log in with your email and a code sent to that email. When we process your top-up we'll ask you for that code on the spot, so stay alert.
What you'll give us at checkout: your Supercell ID email (and the code you will receive).
Clash of Clans is Supercell's strategy benchmark: you build and upgrade your village, train your army and attack other players while defending your own. Clans, wars and events have kept it active since 2012.
Once the payment is confirmed, an agent credits gems directly to your Clash of Clans account. At checkout you leave your Supercell ID email and choose whether we contact you on WhatsApp or Telegram: when we sign in, Supercell sends a code to that email and we ask you for it on the spot.
No. Just your Supercell ID email and your in-game name. We only sign in through the official Supercell login (never through Google, Facebook or Apple) with the code Supercell sends to that email, which you pass to us on the spot on WhatsApp or Telegram, so stay alert. That code is only used to sign in and apply the top-up: we cannot take anything out of your account or change your details, and everything is backed by your order number.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer), in cash foreign currency (deposit at the counter), with USDT (TRC20 or BEP20), Binance Pay, Zinli, Kontigo or OKX, or with your Krosty Wallet balance. No international card needed. You pick the method at checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, an agent applies the top-up, usually within minutes, during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time). You get the receipt by email; we only message you on WhatsApp or Telegram when needed, for example to ask for the verification code.
For the paid content of Clash of Clans: whatever is bought with its currency or balance (passes, cosmetics, chapters, gifts and more).
