V-Bucks gift cards are no longer in circulation. If you play on PC or phone and sign in to Epic Games with your email and password, we top up the V-Bucks straight into your account (800, 2,400, 4,500 or 12,500). If you sign in with your console account, buy the PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo gift card and pay for the V-Bucks with that balance.
V-Bucks cards were tied to your Epic account's country; with the direct top-up that no longer applies: the V-Bucks are credited to your Epic Games account and work on the platforms where you sign in with it (except Nintendo Switch, where Epic doesn't allow V-Bucks bought outside the console).
Physical and digital V-Bucks cards became very hard to get from our suppliers, and we would rather not sell you something we may not be able to deliver. So we stopped offering them.
We are not promising a return date: this is not a seasonal sell-out, the card simply stopped circulating. If it comes back, purchasing is re-enabled on this same page.
You don’t need a card at all: we credit the V-Bucks inside your Epic Games account. You pick your pack (800, 2,400, 4,500 or 12,500 V-Bucks) and there is no code to redeem. It works if you play on PC or phone and sign in to Epic with your email and password.
Playing on PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo?
If you sign in to Fortnite with your console account, you have no Epic email and password to give us. In that case the right move is to buy your console’s Gift Card (PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo), redeem it and buy the V-Bucks in the game store with that balance. Those we do have.

You receive your official code by email, usually within minutes once your payment is confirmed, during support hours (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Venezuela time). If it arrives invalid or already used, we replace it: tell us within 48 hours with your order number and a video of your first redemption attempt. After that period there is no replacement or refund.
Yes: it is an official code you receive by email and redeem in your account. If you play on PC or phone: go to the Fortnite top-up and pick your V-Bucks pack. Enter the code we sent you and the balance becomes available in your account.

We replace it with an equivalent one if you let us know on WhatsApp or Telegram within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a continuous video of the first redemption attempt. Details in our Refund and Warranty Policy.
