A CRM for selling through chat: WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook in a single inbox.

KOMMO
Kommo, formerly amoCRM, is a CRM built for businesses that sell through messaging apps. It brings your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger chats into a single inbox and turns each conversation into a deal that moves through your sales pipeline: inquiry, quote, awaiting payment, paid. It includes Salesbot to automate replies and AI credits that renew every month. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and it is paid in US dollars per user with a 6-month minimum. We top up your balance and walk you through it step by step; you make the payment yourself at kommo.com and the account stays in your name.
Does Krosty Shop pay for my Kommo subscription on my behalf? No. Krosty Shop does not pay for Kommo or any third-party service on your behalf, and it does not use your Krosty Wallet balance for that either. What we do is sell you the payment method —a dollar top-up for your own wallet (PayPal, Zinli or Wally)— and guide you step by step. You sign up for Kommo and pay for it yourself, from your own account.
Official brand prices (not Krosty's), in dollars. They're a reference and may change; the brand charges you directly.
Step by step
Step by step to activate Kommo from your phone.
The brand's official page will open. Never share your card details or your codes over chat.
Top up your wallet with us (you pay us in bolívars or any other available method) and pay for Kommo yourself, with your card or dollar balance.
Suggested amount: $120. It’s a reference: check the price of the plan you choose above (long plans are charged in full upfront) and adjust it in the next step.
Important: we do not pay for Kommo on your behalf, nor do we use your Krosty Wallet balance for it. We top up dollars into your own wallet (you pay us in bolívars or any other available method) and you subscribe from your own account. If an AI assistant told you otherwise, that is not correct: message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will guide you.

No. Your Krosty Wallet balance is only for buying inside Krosty Shop: game top-ups, gift cards, licenses and tournaments. It does not pay for Kommo or other third-party subscriptions. To pay for Kommo you need a dollar top-up for your own wallet (PayPal, Zinli or Wally); you make the payment yourself, from your account.
Two things: the step-by-step guide to activate Kommo from Venezuela, and the legitimate payment method —a dollar top-up for your own wallet (PayPal, Zinli or Wally)—. The Kommo account is created in your name, with your email, and the usage is 100% yours: we never share or ask for your credentials.
Because most Venezuelan cards don't process dollar payments on foreign sites. Kommo doesn't exclude Venezuela in its terms: what you're missing is a wallet with a dollar card. You pay us in bolívars or any other available method, we top it up and you pay from your own Kommo account. If the payment fails, check that the card has enough balance for the full charge and check the “Access from Venezuela” box on this page: it has what we know about Kommo.
Whatever the plan you choose costs: the official Kommo prices are above. As a reference, we suggest topping up around $120. Kommo charges you directly, at its price and in its currency (it is not a Krosty amount and it can change). Our fee is added to the top-up, and you see it before you confirm the order.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or any other method available in the store; you choose it when you pay for your order. That top-up (or the gift card, if you pay from your iPhone) covers the Kommo payment, which you make yourself from your account.
Yes. You create the account with your email and your details; we never log into your account or share credentials with anyone. We only give you the balance so you can make the payment.
