Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, is a French email marketing platform for sending campaigns, automating emails and also sending your store’s transactional emails, like order confirmations or password resets. Its paid plans are priced mainly by how many emails you send per month, and the dashboard and support are available in Spanish. We don’t sell Brevo: we top up your balance so you pay for it yourself, on brevo.com and with the account in your name.
Does Krosty Shop pay for my Brevo subscription on my behalf? No. Krosty Shop does not pay for Brevo or any third-party service on your behalf, and it does not use your Krosty Wallet balance for that either. What we do is sell you the payment method —a dollar top-up for your own wallet (Zinli, Wally or PayPal)— and guide you step by step. You sign up for Brevo and pay for it yourself, from your own account.

To pay for Brevo you need a dollar top-up for your own wallet (Zinli, Wally or PayPal); you make the payment yourself, from your account.

Because most Venezuelan cards don't process dollar payments on foreign sites. Brevo doesn't exclude Venezuela in its terms: what you're missing is a wallet with a dollar card. You pay us in bolívars or any other available method, we top it up and you pay from your own Brevo account. If the payment fails, check that the card has enough balance for the full charge and check the “Access from Venezuela” box on this page: it has what we know about Brevo.
Whatever the plan you choose costs: the official Brevo prices are above. As a reference, we suggest topping up around $17. Brevo charges you directly, at its price and in its currency (it is not a Krosty amount and it can change). Our fee is added to the top-up, and you see it before you confirm the order.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or any other method available in the store; you choose it when you pay for your order. That top-up (or the gift card, if you pay from your iPhone) covers the Brevo payment, which you make yourself from your account.
Yes. You create the account with your email and your details; we never log into your account or share credentials with anyone. We only give you the balance so you can make the payment.
