MICROSOFT
LICENSES > WINDOWS 11 PRO (OEM)
Windows 11 Pro as an OEM license: the way manufacturers ship new machines. You activate it once and it stays bound to that motherboard forever: that is why it survives as many reformats as you want —unlike the single-use one, which is lost on the first— but it dies with the board. It is the option for a PC you are not going to change — if you replace the motherboard, the license does not travel with you.
You can pay with your Krosty balance: the payment is confirmed automatically, with no receipt.
ℹ OEM License
It activates permanently on one machine and is tied to its motherboard. If you change the motherboard, the license doesn't transfer. Perfect if you don't plan to migrate machines.
Released on October 5, 2021. It's the current version of Windows: it gets a major update every year, each Home and Pro version is supported for 24 months, and Microsoft hasn't announced an end date.
Previous / lower version
Versus Windows 11 Pro (Single-use): it is the SAME system with the same features. The only difference is that the OEM binds to the motherboard. If you are not changing the machine but you reformat now and then, OEM is the one that holds: the single-use one costs less but is lost on the first reformat.
Later / higher version
Versus Windows 11 Pro (Reinstallable): the Reinstallable can be moved to another PC as often as you like; this one dies with the motherboard. If you format often or swap parts, go for the Reinstallable.

No. The OEM license is tied to the motherboard of the machine where you activate it: it survives as many reformats as you want on that PC, but it cannot be moved to another one and does not survive a motherboard change. If you are going to switch PCs, the Reinstallable version is made for that.
