Deluxe vs. Premium: it is the same top tier. In LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina) it is called Deluxe and does not include cloud game streaming; in the USA and Spain it is called Premium and does include it.

🧾 Watch out for taxes on USA accounts
When buying digital content, PlayStation charges tax based on your account's ZIP code. In states like California, Florida or New York an extra 7% to 11% is added on top of the base price. If your account is in one of those states, the card's exact balance will not be enough — you'll need to add a few extra dollars to cover the tax.
You can set your USA account's ZIP code to a state with no digital sales tax. The most used are:
