How to Pay for Streaming in Venezuela Without an International Card
Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, HBO Max and more — how subscriptions get paid in Venezuela without an international card, keeping your own account.

Streaming subscriptions assume you have an international card. Most people in Venezuela do not — but the subscription is still perfectly payable, with your own account.
The two routes
- Gift card for the service: you get a code and redeem it on your own account. Simplest when the platform offers one.
- Prepaid international card: we top it up, and you pay the platform directly like any other card. Works for services without gift cards.
How you pay us
In local currency (Pago Móvil) or with any other payment method available in the store, never with the same wallet you are topping up. No international card required at any step.
Why your own account matters
It is tempting to buy a cheap "shared account" from a stranger, and it is the most common way people lose access. Whoever controls the email can change the password at any time, and there is no one to complain to. We never sell shared or pirated accounts.
One thing to plan for
Subscriptions renew. If you pay with a prepaid card, leave enough balance before the renewal date — a failed charge cancels the subscription, and some platforms make you re-subscribe at the current price.

If the payment fails when you subscribe
These services operate in Venezuela, so you do not need a VPN to subscribe; a VPN can even set your account to another country or trigger verification. If the payment fails, the cause is almost always the card: balance, billing address, or a platform that restricts prepaid cards. If you see "card declined", "we could not process your payment" or an unexplained error, the VPN is the first thing to check, before the card.
- Turn the VPN on before opening the payment page, not halfway through. If it already failed once, close the tab, connect the VPN and start over.
- Use a paid VPN with stable servers (see our VPN guides): free ones share one IP among thousands of users and payment processors reject them.
- If it still fails with a VPN, check that the billing country on the account matches the prepaid card and that international purchases are enabled in the wallet app.
What Krosty Shop does (and does not do)
- Yes: we safely top up your Zinli, Wally or other USD wallet, or sell you an official gift card when the service accepts one, and walk you through paying with it.
- Yes: you pay us in bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or with any other payment method available in the store, with no international card.
- No: we do not pay the streaming service for you and we never log into your account; the subscription and the payment stay in your name.
- No: Krosty Wallet balance only works inside Krosty Shop; it cannot pay third-party services.
If the payment keeps failing: switch wallets (Wally instead of Zinli, or PayPal where accepted), use an App Store gift card on iPhone, or add your Zinli, Wally, OKX or Binance card to Google Play on Android, and subscribe from the phone app when the service allows it, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram so we can look at your case.
Which route each service uses
- Gift card route: Netflix (a gift card is always included with the activation of your new account), Apple Music and Apple TV+ (Apple gift card), Prime Video (Amazon.com gift card).
- Prepaid card route: Spotify, Disney+, HBO Max, Crunchyroll and YouTube Premium. We top up your own Zinli wallet in US dollars (you pay us in bolívars or another store method) and you pay the platform yourself with the Zinli virtual card.
In both routes the subscription is on your account. We provide the means and the guidance on Telegram; we do not pay the platform for you and we never sell shared logins. Full list at /streaming.
Step by step for the prepaid-card route
- Top up your Zinli wallet with us (guide: how to top up your dollar wallet from Venezuela). Remember: a Zinli top-up is never paid with Zinli itself.
- Open the Zinli app and copy the virtual card number, expiry and CVV.
- Sign up on the platform website with your own email and add the card as the payment method. Use the address registered in Zinli if the form asks for one.
- Confirm the plan. The first charge comes off your balance; the renewal will be charged to the same card every month.
- Set a reminder a few days before renewal to keep enough balance. Our Subscription tracker adds up the monthly total for you.
What a prepaid card cannot do
- It cannot pay Netflix from Venezuela the same way: Netflix is handled through the gift-card route on purpose.
- Some platforms ask to link a PayPal account or run an extra verification on prepaid cards. If that happens, stop and message us before retrying several times: repeated declines can flag the card.
- It does not change your catalog. Where you connect from decides what you see, not the card.
- A prepaid card offers no chargeback. Treat the balance like cash and only load what you plan to spend.
What the platforms charge in 2026 (official prices, September 2026)
Prices are set per account country and most services raised them this year. Some references: Spotify Venezuela lists Premium Individual at USD 6.49 and Family at USD 11.49; Disney+ Venezuela lists Standard at USD 12.49 and Premium at USD 17.99 per month; in the US, Netflix charges US$8.99, US$19.99 and US$26.99 for its three plans, YouTube Premium US$15.99 (Individual), Crunchyroll Fan US$9.99, and Apple TV+ US$14.99 since August 28. Managing renewals without surprises
- With gift-card balance (Netflix, Apple, Amazon), the platform keeps deducting until the balance is gone.
- Netflix lets you pause for one month at a time (up to three months) and keeps profiles and history for 24 months after cancelling.
- If you stop, cancel from inside the account before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.
- Coming back later means paying the price in force at that moment, not the one you had.

Can Krosty Shop pay for the streaming service on my behalf?
No. We sell you the payment method (a top-up of your Zinli, Wally or other wallet, or a gift card) and show you how to use it; you pay the service yourself, from your own account. Krosty Wallet balance does not work either: it is only for purchases inside Krosty Shop.
Can I use one prepaid card for several services?
Yes. The Zinli virtual card is a normal international card: you can register it on Disney+, HBO Max, Crunchyroll and YouTube Premium at the same time. Just keep enough balance for the sum of all renewals, and note that each platform charges on its own date.
