Redeeming the code, step by step

1. Open roblox.com/redeem in a browser and sign in to the account that should receive the balance (the child's account, not yours).
2. Enter the PIN from the code exactly as written and confirm.
3. The amount is added as Roblox Credit in US dollars. From the credit balance, choose to convert it into Robux or apply it to the Roblox Plus subscription.

The US cards we sell redeem normally on accounts whose Country/Region (Settings → Account Info) is the United States, which is how most accounts used from Venezuela are set up; the credit lands in USD. Check that setting before buying. Roblox may show Robux prices in local currency in some countries, so if the amounts on screen look different, they are simply converted.

What Robux buy, and a budgeting tip for parents

• Avatar items and game passes. The bulk of spending. Purchases inside experiences are final; Roblox does not refund them.
