Which networks we accept

Binance Pay or an on-chain USDT transfer: which one to pick
Both options end in the same place (your order gets confirmed), but they behave differently on your side:
Binance Pay moves balance between Binance accounts. There is no blockchain address to copy, no network to choose and no network fee. You pay from your Funding wallet with the Pay ID or QR shown at checkout. Binance does not charge a platform fee on ordinary Pay transfers (a fee only kicks in above a very high monthly volume, in the range of six figures).
USDT on-chain (TRC20 or BEP20) works from any exchange or wallet, not only Binance. You pay the network fee of whatever platform you send from, and the transfer needs blockchain confirmations before we can see it.
If you already have a Binance account, Pay is the simpler route. If your funds live in another exchange (OKX, Bybit, Kraken) or in a self-custody wallet, use the on-chain option and choose the network carefully.
Before you hit send: the checklist that prevents lost funds
Confirm the network on both ends. The address we show is valid only for the network we indicate. Binance warns that assets sent through an unsupported network "might be lost and cannot be recovered".
Copy the address from the checkout page, never from an old chat or a screenshot of a previous order.
Send the exact order amount and let your platform take its withdrawal fee on top. If you tick "deduct fee from amount", the order arrives short and we cannot confirm it.
Keep the transaction ID (TxID) or the Binance Pay order number. That is the proof we use to match your payment, not a screenshot of your balance.
Do not send a second payment if the first one is pending. Write to us with the TxID instead.
If you still sent through the wrong network, contact the support of the platform you sent from right away. Some exchanges can recover funds sent to their own addresses on a different chain, but the process is manual, not free and not always possible.
Fees and timing on the platform side (not ours)
The costs below are charged by the exchange or the blockchain, and they change. As of mid-2026 Binance lists a USDT withdrawal fee of roughly 1 USDT on TRC20 and usually less on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). Other exchanges publish their own fee tables.
On-chain transfers typically confirm in a matter of minutes, but congestion or wallet maintenance on the sending platform can delay them.
Binance Pay transfers between Binance users show up in the recipient account as soon as the transfer completes.
Crypto payments are not reversible. There is no chargeback. Double-check the order contents and the amount before paying.
We confirm crypto orders manually once the payment is visible on our side, and then deliver. We do not promise a fixed delivery time; the email (or Telegram message, if you linked it) tells you when it is done.
Limitations worth knowing in 2026
Binance requires identity verification (KYC) to withdraw crypto, so a brand-new unverified account cannot send an on-chain payment yet.
Since 1 July 2026, Binance has suspended most services for users in the European Union (no new sign-ups, deposits or new orders; existing users can only withdraw), and it does not serve the United States through its global platform. If you live in one of those regions, use a local exchange or a wallet you control and pay with USDT on-chain.
Prices at checkout are fixed in US dollars. USDT is pegged to the dollar, so the amount you send is the amount you see; you do not need to add a buffer for volatility.
