Download the Zinli app, create your profile in minutes and verify your identity with your valid ID or Passport and a live facial check. Once validated, you get your virtual Visa card instantly.

Security recommendations

Enable fingerprint or FaceID login and a PIN. Never share your transaction confirmation codes (for example the PayPal verification ones) with anyone outside official support.

VERIFY YOUR PAYPAL WITH YOUR ZINLI CARD

Your Zinli card is Visa, so it works to verify your PayPal account. Follow these steps:

Ensure a minimum balance: your Zinli card must have between $2 and $3. PayPal will temporarily debit ~$1.95 to certify the card; that amount is refunded afterwards.
Link the card: in PayPal go to "Wallet" → "Link a credit or debit card" and enter the 16 digits of your virtual Zinli, its expiry date and the CVV.
Request the security code: in your PayPal wallet, click the card you linked and press "Confirm card". That authorizes the secure micro-charge.
Find the code in the Zinli app: check your recent activity. In the blocked PayPal transaction you’ll see something like "PP*1234CODE"; the 4 numbers before "CODE" are your key.
Complete the verification: go back to PayPal, type those 4 numbers and save. Your account will be Verified instantly.
