If your business sells mostly through WhatsApp, keep in mind that the native WhatsApp connection is only available on the Professional tiers of Marketing Hub or Service Hub, which cost much more. We top up your balance and walk you through it step by step; you make the payment yourself at hubspot.com and the account stays in your name.
