Because most Venezuelan cards don't process dollar payments on foreign sites. X Premium+ doesn't exclude Venezuela in its terms: what you're missing is a wallet with a dollar card. You pay us in bolívars or any other available method, we top it up and you pay from your own X Premium+ account. X Premium+ charges you directly, at its price and in its currency (it is not a Krosty amount and it can change). Our fee is added to the top-up, and you see it before you confirm the order.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or any other method available in the store; you choose it when you pay for your order. That top-up (or the gift card, if you pay from your iPhone) covers the X Premium+ payment, which you make yourself from your account.
