Envato Elements is the subscription from Envato, an Australian company founded in 2006, that brings together millions of creative assets: video and design templates, photos, graphics, fonts, music and sound effects, with unlimited downloads and a commercial license. On its site the subscription now appears simply as “Envato”. It’s widely used by designers, video editors and content creators. Krosty doesn’t sell the subscription: we top up your wallet so you can pay for it yourself, with your own account, directly on the official site.
Does Krosty Shop pay for my Envato Elements subscription on my behalf? No. Krosty Shop does not pay for Envato Elements or any third-party service on your behalf, and it does not use your Krosty Wallet balance for that either. What we do is sell you the payment method —a dollar top-up for your own wallet (PayPal, Zinli or Wally)— and guide you step by step. You sign up for Envato Elements and pay for it yourself, from your own account.

Because most Venezuelan cards don't process dollar payments on foreign sites. Envato Elements doesn't exclude Venezuela in its terms: what you're missing is a wallet with a dollar card. You pay us in bolívars or any other available method, we top it up and you pay from your own Envato Elements account. Envato Elements charges you directly, at its price and in its currency (it is not a Krosty amount and it can change). Our fee is added to the top-up, and you see it before you confirm the order.
In bolívars (Pago Móvil or bank transfer) or any other method available in the store; you choose it when you pay for your order. That top-up (or the gift card, if you pay from your iPhone) covers the Envato Elements payment, which you make yourself from your account.
Yes. You create the account with your email and your details; we never log into your account or share credentials with anyone. We only give you the balance so you can make the payment.
